With each session, you'll receive educational handouts and weekly homework, empowering you to apply what you learn in your daily life. Structured for your success, every step is thoughtfully curated to give you the best chance at overcoming anxiety and embracing newfound confidence.

Rest assured, all TalkWise psychotherapists are extensively trained by Svetlana herself, also the therapists receive weekly supervision as an assurance that you receive the highest quality of care we can offer.
